The Netronics Bullet Press is
The Natural Choice For Clean Room Applications
No Oil! No Mess! No Lubrication!
The Netronics Bullet Press Gets It's Force From Clean Electricity
Under Federal Standard 209, a "Class 100" clean room requires that there be no more than 100 particles larger than 0.5 microns in any given cubic foot of air. Once a clean room becomes contaminated, not only is cleanup a costly, time-consuming process but it created the additional cost of a production delay.
Both hydraulic and pneumatic presses require oil for their operation. Hydraulic presses use oil-filled cylinders in the press mechanism. Pneumatic (air) presses mix oil (for lubrication) with the air that powers the press. Both are designed with multiple joints, gaskets and o-rings subject to failure under the repeated poundings produced by the press. When components fail, oil is released into the clean room environment necessitating cleanup ... and loss of production time.
The Netronics Bullet Press gets its force from a powerful, microprocessor-controlled, electro magnet in a design employing only one moving part. The press itself requires no lubrication.
The Netronics Bullet Press design is a natural for clean room applications.
