Standard 30-Ton
Netronics High Velocity
Electromagnetic Bullet Press

The standard Netronics High Velocity Electromagnetic Bullet Press shown here (in size medium Netronics press frame) can produce up to 30 tons of force. By mounting four standard Netronics press motors in a single press frame, up to 120 tons of force can be achieved.

But while the Netronics Bullet Press produces all the force that you might need for your blanking, stamping, coining, embossing, cutting or other operation, the real advantage of the Bullet Press is it's ability to achieve better edge quality than conventional presses.

Better edge quality is achieved because of the high velocity at which the tool impacts the work. Controlled studies by Ohio State University, sponsored by the National Science Foundation, have demonstrated the benefits of the high velocity electromagnetic press. (Some major manufacturers now specify that their work be done only with this kind of press, due to the superior quality that is achieved.)

Cuts achieved with the high velocity electromagnetic press are so clean that secondary operations can be eliminated.

Having eliminated the need for secondary operations ... and having a complete 30-ton press with a minimal footprint, you can now work your job in-line ... for dramatic cost savings.

And, best of all, you can achieve these savings by using a press — the Netronics Bullet Press — that costs less when you buy it and almost nothing to maintain.
